I’m currently watching The Gilmore Girls. They just showed a scene where Rory returns the new The Shins CD to Lane and then borrows The New Pornographers CD. Funny, I never thought I’d be getting music suggestions from a prime-time TV show. Other interesting GG tidbit: Grant-Lee Phillips plays the town troubadour in several episodes.

Bush in 30 Seconds

The winners of the Bush in 30 Seconds advertising contest have been announced. Judges included Jack Black, James Carville, Al Franken, Janeane Garofalo, Michael Moore, and others. Moveon.org is hoping to play “Child’s Pay” during the Super Bowl with the help of donations.

Missing

Writer/performance artist Spalding Gray is missing. Christian assumes that he committed suicide, but I’m still hoping for the best.
