While Disturbia is dull and full of cliches, it’s worth watching for David Morse’s performance as the next door neighbor. I wish Carrie-Anne Moss had more on-screen time with a well developed character. I guess the audience for this movie is teenagers and not adults who want to see a modern day Rear Window.
